Welcome to the LunchLine, we are so excited to have you here!
We are currently soliciting three pilot partners for a 3+ month engagement to pilot and improve LunchLine at no cost to you.
If you are interested in working with us to help school districts navigate Buy American requirements and take better control over their food costs, we'd love to hear from you!
About Us
At Straw Hat Technology, we are a small team of civic technologists based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with years of experience building socially impactful, human-centered products in the civic tech, EdTech, and RegTech spaces.
We also work with non-profits and NGOs in a consultatative role to responsibly build data and AI enabled services and to grow internal technical capacity.
About you
We are looking to partner with School Food Authorities to partner with us to improve the experience and quality of LunchLine for everyone.
Our ideal partner...
- has felt/is feeling the pain of manually identifying and tracking pricing and availability exceptions under the new requirements of the 'Buy American' act.
- is excited about the opportunity to provide feedback and partner with us on improving the product.
- is willing to share invoice documents/has the capacity and willingness to sign a data sharing agreement.
About the pilot
We are in active development and need your feedback! Here is what we are proposing:
You get:
- Three month free (and commitment free!) access to the platform with a 2,000 invoice upload limit and unlimited automations.
- Full Data Exports -- this includes the USDA formatted excel spreadsheet as well as full invoice/line-item level data if desired.
- Discounted pricing if you choose to continue working with us in the future.
In return, we would love:
- The opportunity to use your experience to improve the quality of LunchLine's document processing.
- Bi-weekly product feedback sessions where you tell us things that are and aren't working for you in LunchLine.
